wireframing usability testing research auditing artificial intelligenceIn an earlier project with Springboard, we reviewed the document feature. We would like to continue their work and consider how best to add "auto-tagging" to the document upload.
We need a group of students to consider how best to incorporate this aspect, condduct user testing and report the results back to us.
Our user group includes condo and non-profit organizations including Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Executive Assistants, and Condo Directors or Association managers.
- Conducting background research on AI for "auto-tagging." We will provide a walkthrough and access to the app.
- Provide design options for adding "auto-tagging."
- Learning about various testing techniques that are currently industry standard and learning how to perform them efficiently and capture feedback well.
- Conducting user testing scenarios with our product and reporting results back
- Project Plan- Identify milestones and set a timeline for the project
- Review requirements and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the requirements, design work, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
- Design Audit- work with Boardspace to identify a set or priority flows and/or features and audit the current user flow to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Usability testing- summary of key findings and recommendations, or documentation of user testing sessions to understand users’ experience of and interaction with your product
- Redesign and/or redesign recommendations- design improved flows for the distinct user types. Workshop ideas and turn those into wireframes or mockups that show exactly how the solution could work. Further test and iterate as time allows.
- Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.
Students will connect directly with me and my developer for mentorship throughout the project.
We will provide access to the software and provide guidance on usage.
We will be available to answer questions, respond to problems or do anything else the students might encounter
