expectation management content creation research scriptingThe main goal of this project is to create a webinar for BoardSpace's target customers (condo board directors, owners & condo managers). The webinar should be tentatively titled "Managing Expectations" and should cover topics such as understanding the roles and responsibilities of board members, setting realistic expectations, and managing conflicts of interest.
To achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:
- Research and develop content for the webinar, including topics, slides, and activities.
- Create a script for the webinar.
- Develop a survey to assess the effectiveness of the webinar.
- Create content to promote the webinar on social media and on the BoardSpace website.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- video conferencing as needed
- background materials
- feedback on content
- accessible via Slack
About the company
BoardSpace is an online portal for the volunteer directors and administrators of condos, HOAs, non-profits and charities. BoardSpace overcomes the daunting task of looking after hundreds of documents, attending lots of meetings, preparing agendas, approving minutes and keeping on top of to-lists by providing boards with the tools to get their work done more efficiently and in less time.
