Details

The project aims to analyze and optimize the logistics of supply chain movement for Quote Control, a company specializing in supply chain optimization. The primary goal is to identify all modes of transportation, including air, sea, rail, and road, and categorize various types of cargo such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, and bulk commodities. The project will involve matching the most efficient and cost-effective transportation modes to the appropriate types of cargo. This analysis will require a deep dive into big data to consider the variables that balance effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, the project will identify gaps in service to provide a comprehensive overview of the current logistics landscape.
