Rolling Insights is looking for an enthusiastic User Experience Designer and/or Front End Developer to help improve user retention and engagement on an existing product. This will be accomplished with an audit to our existing flow, creating design files for our Web App, and/or building out the front end UI.

The web app contains functionality such as:

• browsing a catalogue of pre-built sports data models
• creating new sports data models
• choosing data
• modifying data inputs
• submitting dataspace to the community
• creating custom filters/views
• creating calculated columns

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with Product and Development team to design and build an improved front end UI
• Work within the constraints of the existing webapp framekworks for the
• Build high fidelity stills of the app interface in adobe/figma
• Build design elements in format useful for development
• Build front end UI working with Development team
• Work independently and in partnership with Product Manager
• Providing best practice recommendations for usability and user engagement

Learners will be responsible for delivering the following:

1) Usability audit of primary in-app workflow(s) in conjunction with Product Manager

2) Provide recommendations on areas to improve usability and user engagement/retention

3) Deliver High Fidelity mockups of recommended UI improvements (figma or adobe files)

4) Build the front end UI in react framework
