This team will work together to create the following reports and conduct valuable interview preparation to TRU Students.

The project may include, but is not limited to:

  • Development of a Mock Interview Tool for a variety of industry specific interviews (HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Business, Accounting, Finance, plus IT, Engineering, Sciences, Arts and Tourism) and will include a job description, Interview questions and feedback tool.
  • Once the Mock Interview Tool is created this team will aim to conduct 150 - 200 Mock Interviews on campus for TRU students, each Mock Interview session will be 1 hour in length and will include 30 minutes for documentation and feedback.
  • Development of a Job Search Strategies Took kit for TRU Co-op Students that outlines specific action plans for success that students can follow

The final project deliverable is two reports and completion of 150-200 Mock Interviews on campus. These reports will provide valuable documentation for Co-op Coordinators but also valuable feedback and training for TRU Students.
