The goal of this project is to ensure that the social media presence of these clients remains active, engaging, and aligned with their brand values.
This project also provides students with a deeper understanding of my mentorship approach to ensure a smooth experience for both the students and myself. Students will receive guidance and feedback through regular interactions to foster their growth and success.
Key tasks include:
-Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments and messages across all client social media platforms.
- Initiate conversations with followers to encourage interaction.
- Share user-generated content and engage with influencers relevant to the brand.
-Community Management:
- Monitor client social media accounts using a specialized management tool.
- Track engagement metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Develop a protocol for responding to both positive and negative feedback.
-Story Publishing:
- Create visually appealing content for Instagram and Facebook stories.
- Schedule and publish stories consistently, ensuring alignment with client branding and campaigns.
-Social Media Management Strategy and Implementation:
- Conduct an analysis of Grey Dove Design House LTD.'s current social media presence.
- Plan a photoshoot to highlight the company's brand, ensuring that the visuals align with brand messaging and aesthetics
- Develop a content calendar and strategy for the founder’s personal social media accounts.
- Create and publish content that reflects the founder’s brand values and engages the target audience.
-Instagram Highlight Cover Archive Story Project:
- Review all client Instagram stories monthly.
- Organize stories into designated highlight covers according to brand themes and categories.
- Ensure highlights are visually consistent and informative for followers.
-Community Engagement: Actively engaging with client audiences across social media platforms to foster connections and drive interaction.
-Community Management: Monitoring and responding to community interactions using a specialized social media management tool for effective communication.
-Story Publishing: Creating and publishing Instagram and Facebook stories for approximately 13 hours each month, with clear direction provided.
-Social Media Management Strategy and Implementation: Developing and executing a content strategy for Grey Dove Design House LTD.'s social media to reflect brand values and engage the target audience.
-Instagram Highlight Cover Archive Story Project: Monthly review and organization of all clients' Instagram stories into designated highlight covers, estimated to take 20-30 hours as a separate project.
Mentorship and Communication: To support the students’ development, there will be weekly Zoom meetings to discuss upcoming tasks, project progress, and answer any questions. I will maintain an open-door policy where students can contact me from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sask Time, with any inquiries. Additionally, we will have a WhatsApp group chat for discussions and quick communication throughout the project.

Grey Dove Design House (GDDH) is a marketing agency based out of Regina, Saskatchewan and helps businesses and non-profits with limited time and resources in the following areas: Social Media, Marketing and Graphic Design. GDDH has 13 years of industry experience working alongside over 50 local businesses and non-profits to communicate their desired messages to their intended audiences.
