We are looking to have students conduct a deep dive into how Canadian Employers are attracting and sourcing experienced women talent in this competitive talent landscape (skills shortage) and new economy (post COVID era). We would like explore how we can do it a different way, to get different results and gain a competitive advantage.

Students will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research on thought leadership on this topic
  • Conducting interviews with experienced women talent
  • Conducting interviews with thought leaders
  • Preparing a research paper on the different views and strategies
  • Collaborate with Founder of tellent to formulate a final opinion the future of recruiting for increased results.

  • Come up with a research plan
  • Conducting research / interviews
  • Share findings and present to our team
  • Writing a detailed paper
Mentorship

Student will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and direction throughout the project.
