What is the main goal for this project?

WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

re:Naissance started in 2017 by presenting updated productions of Baroque operas; now we create everything from sci-fi podcasts to Virtual Reality opera video games, to motion-captured live-stream performances. Our shift into emerging creative tech has allowed our company to thrive and grow at an unexpected rate and now we are seeking strategic thinkers and innovators with a backgrounds in business management, operations and HR to help us plan for scaling and continued growth, as well as refining our operations and internal systems for efficient company management.

We are searching for up to 4 candidates with experience in business planning and business management (knowledge in non-profit governance and planning is an asset) as well as non-profit operations and Human Resources. Our team works remotely and work hours can be flexible and tailored to candidate availability.

WHAT WE HOPE YOU WILL HELP US WITH:

  • Research innovative business and operations models and identify promising processes and organizational structures for our small and dynamic team.
  • Collaborating with company leadership on strategic planning for the next three years.
  • Create a new business plan for the company and our new directions
  • Collaborating with company leadership on organizing and developing all aspects of operations from file management, to communications, to HR policies and best practices.
  • Identifying engaging and innovative platforms and tools to facilitate our workflow and help our team become more efficient.

YOU ARE:

  • A highly collaborative team-player that is excited by innovation, digs into out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving, and loves the performing arts.
  • Someone who is presently pursuing studies or a degree in business operations, planning and management,
  • Comfortable working remotely and using online communication and project management tools.
  • Familiar with digital tools that facilitate workflow and project management for interdisciplinary teams.
