Details

We are looking for individuals who are grant writers and or have grant writing fundraising experience to help implement fundraising tasks, donation procurement, Grant Writing and funding proposal writing, within the following initiatives:

  • Fundraising implementation tasks to raise money.
  • Securing donations from individuals, organizations/businesses, sponsors, investors, etc.
  • Grant writing & procurement. Completing applications for funding opportunities.
  • Fundraising campaign management and development to increase outreach.
  • Fundraising marketing strategies and implementation including drafting elevator pitches, creating pitch presentations & presenting them.
  • Fundraising/donation communication tasks including outreach to individuals, organizations/businesses to secure donations.
  • Researching sponsor, funding and partnership opportunities.
  • Drafting guidelines for resolving inquiries developing strategies to improve outreach capabilities.
Deliverables

Students will be completing the following tasks:

  • Grant writing & procurement. Completing applications for funding opportunities.
  • Fundraising implementation tasks to raise money.
  • Securing donations from individuals, organizations/businesses, sponsors, investors, etc.
  • Writing Grants & completing funding applications.
  • Fundraising campaign development & management.
  • Any other deliverables will be decided and agreed upon with students.
Mentorship

MENTORSHIP AND SUPERVISION
Students will be supervised during their internship through Zoom and other online work sharing platforms, specifically during working hours. Students will be guided and mentored by our senior project manager along with our student Project Manager as well. They will have access to our Senior project manager Tasha, any time needed during business hours by phone/email and after business hours through email. Students will also have the option of connecting with their student project manager for support during the duration of the internship.
