Details

We are looking for creative, extroverted candidates with a strong analytical background to help us develop and implement social media strategies through various channels. Direct collaboration with other team members will be required to develop processes for content creation, channel management, content editing, optimization, and iteration throughout the duration of the internship. This role is critical within the organization, as it will help define and guide our direct-to-consumer social channels and our brand story, ultimately supporting our overall business growth.

Deliverables

• Assisting in the making of a community of interest through content creation through social media channels.

• Collecting and tracking the performance of various social media initiatives, making necessary changes to future posts to improve metrics.

• Executing content development and social media community based on an analysis of other online communities.

• Video editing related to the content creation and occasional graphic design.

• Creating social media organic marketing strategies and planning to raise brand awareness and visibility in the market.

• Moderation of social media channels and engagement with users’ comments.

• Reporting key metrics and analytics regularly to the team, as well as suggestions to maintain and improve the generated traction.

Mentorship

You will be directly working under the supervision of the CEO, Allie Huerta. Access to the required software will be provided by the company.
