- What is the main goal for this project?

We are looking to become suppliers of hospitals, disability centers and geriatric homes. Ora-3D toothbrush is an autonomous brushing solution, and through our research, we have discovered caregiver nurses struggle to practice effective oral hygiene of immobilized patients. This malpractice often leads to increase risk of lung infections & pneumonia in these patients, resulting in low quality of life.
We think we with our autonomous brushing solution, we will be able to empower both, these patients & nurses, with more effective oral hygiene, overall resulting in better quality of life.
We are looking for two students, interested in nursing, and/or business development to help us reach out to hospitals, geriatric centers and disability homes to help create meaningful partnerships to help improve lives of patients in care.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Students should be prepared to:
- Help review research papers that describe impact of oral hygiene with lung infections in immobilized patients.
- Research contacts within hospitals and geriatric homes to make a leads list.
- Cold email or phone call leads with a proposal.
- Build a relationship, create value and grow the conversation towards sales.
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- List of Leads / meaningful well-researched contact points.
- Validated Problem-Solution conversations with the leads.
- Final Sales Contract.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with the CEO for mentorship throughout the project. They will participate in weekly touch base meetings over Zoom and team work sessions.
The Business Partnerships Team will go through a sales training workshop.
