What is the main goal for this project?

It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our competitors are going to market and positioning their solutions.

We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can uniquely differentiate our business.

The final project deliverables include:

  • Battle card templates for competitors detailing their market positioning, unique selling proposition (USP), key messages, products features, and pricing.
  • Positioning statement and unique value proposition (UVP) for InvestorCOM.
