The main goal for the project is to analyze the management process of SD Companies SRL and propose the best open source software to fit their needs. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Analyzing the management process of the company, including chat channels, quotations, invoices, and warehouse management.

- Researching and proposing the best open source software to fit the company's needs.

- Setting up the selected software solutions according to specific key points provided by the company.

- Testing the implemented solutions and solving any issues that arise.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

- Analysis of the company's management process to understand the ongoing processes.

- Proposal of the best open source software and a justification for the selection.

- Implementation of the selected software solutions according to the company's specific key points.

- Testing of the implemented solutions and a report on the testing process and any issues encountered.

Final deliverables:

• Implementation of the solutions with installation, testings and set up
• Solving issues related to the tests and reviews

The best students in the team will have a letter of recommandation for his/her applications for future studies or job positions
