The goal of this project is to develop a system to generate, track and issue charitable donation tax receipts in Airtable for Sea Smart. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching and understanding the regulations and requirements for charitable donation tax receipts.


- Developing an Airtable system to generate, track and issue (email or print) charitable donation tax receipts, including a donor database.


- Testing the system to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.


- Optimizing the system for efficiency and scalability.


- Developing a user-friendly interface for Sea Smart to access donation tax receipts.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of regulations and requirements for charitable donation tax receipts.


- Development of an Airtable system to generate, track and issue charitable donation tax receipts.


- Testing of the system to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.


- Optimization of the system for efficiency and scalability.


- Development of a user-friendly interface for Sea Smart to access donation tax receipts.



Final deliverables should include:


- All source code.


- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
