Challenge Outline: We would like to make our customer facing sample sending more sustainable and environmentally friendly. We currently send both oils and products (both household and personal care). We would like help in suggesting suitable alternatives to our current options.

Key aims/objectives:

1) Market research into the way such products are distributed by both competitors and retailers who claim to be sustainable

2) Finding suitable alternatives for inner and outer packaging, bearing in mind the type of chemicals in fragrance oil, and also avoiding liquid leaching. E.g. can we source recycled glass bottles, jars with non hard plastic lids that still work?

3) Analysing the cost of these compared to our current supplies, finding affordable options and getting samples organised for our approval

4) Where waste is essential, find us a good local option of recycling/repurposing packaging that comes in
