Pathfinder365 is a digital command centre, supporting the end-to-end digital needs of small to medium sized Canadian tourism businesses...from Discovery & Promotion, to Lead & Inquiry Management, (and soon) to Booking & Scheduling. As we evolve our own technology, and leverage strategic integrations, our focus is the holistic support and growth of the Canadian tourism industry. We're the first and only software company to create a powerful operational command centre for tourism businesses, and we aim to become the most useful platform for local and micro-tourism.

Existing platforms primarily showcase popular experiences, leaving much of the industry unsupported. Pathfinder stands apart by championing and promoting smaller businesses, aiming for inclusivity across the diverse tourism landscape. In a world dominated by financially-driven algorithms and ads, travellers often miss out on lesser-known, but exceptional, experiences. Pathfinder365 seeks to rectify this imbalance by offering a fairer representation, ensuring a broader discovery of brilliant destinations.

Pathfinder365’s mission is to revolutionize the current landscape of tourism platforms, advocating for fairness and a more comprehensive view of available travel experiences, while providing a full suite of promotional and lead management tools for its business partners, and a suite of discovery tools for its travellers.

With this project, we're looking to define and develop a webinar strategy to engage with the tourism industry and establish a greater collaborative and allyship presence with small to medium sized Canadian tourism businesses.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, brand guidelines, and products and services
  • Research webinar deployment methodologies
  • Define the appropriate approach for us to deploy a monthly webinar program that lends towards our lead generation and conversation strategy
  • Implement the webinar program
  • Develop a systematic process to continuously review and update our webinar strategy, so it's an efficient engine to manage, maintain and update
  • Plan out a 12-month cycle of webinar themes

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Build a catalogue of webinar themes to review further down the road
Deliverables

Final deliverables should include:

  • A solid understanding of our company’s target market, brand guidelines, and products and services
  • A webinar program that's engaging, is gaining a strong following and is adding to our sales conversions
  • The student will also upload a project summary document to the Riipen portal, which will include snapshot images and brief descriptions of any written, image or video content they've created, strategic documents, proposals, presentations, webinars, etc.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our target market, products and services
  • Our current brand guidelines
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
