Details

We are working towards aligning our business to consumer needs and wanted to focus on one or a few key customer categories. We are also thinking of growing beyond North America and wondering about the possibilities.

We are seeking assistance to understand how our leads perceive or seek for food consultancy services to better serve them and retain and gain more client trust. You will perform consumer market research and competitor analysis to help us understand our best marketing approach and to develop a marketing plan to engage our consumers.

Deliverables

Our specific need is an outline of our industry’s key competitors and lead identification OR if applicable, lead expansion opportunities through both consumer market research and competitor analysis. The report should include competitor analysis and consumer market research. The report should also identify 2 to 3 possible marketing plan and strategies to reach the consumers and how to best provide value to our consumers. We would also love to explore the possibility of directly reaching out to our consumers, thus, we appreciate marketing strategy and guidance for approaching our direct consumers.

Please note that a final presentation will be required.
