We are looking for a project to help with rural recruitment for modalities such as osteopathy, physiotherapy, naturopath and other alternative health modalities.

This project will involve several different steps for the students, including:

• Documenting the current state of our recruitment process, from the time the resource need is identified to the time the position is filled.
• Assessing our current process and making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

• Documentation of our current recruitment process
• Assessment of the current process and recommendations for improvements
• Have actionable items to implement for the business to retain talent

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Our recruitment practices
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
