Analyze existing financial documentation process and recommend the appropriate strategy for optimizing the way we are organizing our finances on paper.

This will include reviewing major types of reporting such as cash flow, expenses, income, etc.

Deliverables
  1. Look into the current financial reporting methods and analyze the pros and cons.
  2. Provide a presentation to management on what could be improved, listing any potential accounting tools that would make reporting easier and quicker as we continue to grow.
Mentorship

We will provide access to appropriate financial documents and will be available to answer any questions through the duration of the collaboration.
