This will involve optimizing the website's layout, design, and functionality to ensure a seamless user experience on mobile devices. The project will also focus on improving the website's loading speed and overall performance on mobile platforms.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current website's mobile responsiveness and user experience.
- Redesign and restructure the website's layout and design to be more mobile-friendly.
- Implement responsive design elements and optimize images and media for mobile viewing.
- Test the website on various mobile devices and browsers to ensure consistent performance.
- Improve loading speed and overall performance on mobile platforms.
Supervision and Mentoring Plan
The student will receive training and ongoing support by Operations Manager and Project Manager. They will be guided through the organization's strategic plan and how it aligns with the project strategies. They will be part of a collaborative, innovative and team-oriented environment. They will have the opportunity to attend weekly meetings with the larger team at ICD in addition to smaller meetings with those involved in the web development project.
They will be gaining hands on experience creating relevant content, implementing and executing objectives. Students will always be provided with an opportunity to ask questions and have them addressed along with weekly check-ins with the ICD Team. This is an excellent opportunity for students to assimilate a multitude of skills and develop professionally. Students gain applicable knowledge and experience in real life context.
