The main goal for this project is to increase service awareness, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships efforts by building business partnerships in the Ontario, Canada region for FormMaster. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching and compiling a database of potential leads for direct/indirect outreach campaigns.

- Creating content and marketing material for the outreaches.

- Reaching out to potential leads and setting up meetings for the CEO.

- Completing outreach sequence to new accounts.

- Ensuring new target companies are correctly entered in the CRM that fit the ideal client criteria.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A database of potential leads for direct/indirect outreach campaigns.

- Content and marketing material for the outreaches.

- Meetings set up for the CEO with potential leads.

- Completed outreach sequence to new accounts.

- New target companies correctly entered in the CRM that fit the ideal client criteria.

Final deliverables:

- A final report including the database of potential leads, content and marketing material, outreach sequence completion, and new target companies entered in the CRM.

We will fully support students in completing the project with whatever training is necessary on tools etc.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and skilled student to work with a rapidly growing company. The student will work closely with the founder and CEO to grow the client network and will be always available for supervising and taking questions. We will organize weekly meetings where adjustments to the student's tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
