needs assessment care coordination case managementThis study has been initiated by our team in collaboration with the The Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers (EMCN), a community agency that supports immigrants and refugees in Edmonton through its programs and services. We are completing a needs assessment to support the agency with the development of a case management model for clients accessing service.
- Data analysis
- Report writing and PPT presentation to our community partner
- Training and information material based on the study (develop a case management model)
- I will be available in June and July to guide students
- Brief overview on the project expectations and provide samples
- Bi-weekly meetings or as needed based on my availability and students (virtual or in-person at the MacEwan library)
