What is the main goal for this project?

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. The market would consist of clients who are in the area of Social Wellness by providing a strong social connection with registered therapists. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  • How should we promote our company?
  • What social media channels should we utilize?
  • What budget is appropriate for advertising?
  • What messaging should we use?
About the company

Mobile Social Clinic (MSC) is presently entering our 2nd year. MSC is the only company that has Registered Social Work Therapists who come to the clients home or location identified by the client. We have 3 Niche services. 1. In home, MSC therapist comes to clients Home. 2. In Community , MSC Therapist does walk and Talk therapy and 3 Virtual, MSC Therapist communicates via Text and or Zoom. MSC is about nurturing ourselves, others and our relationships. Research has shown that people with strong social connections respond better to stress, as well have few health issues, maintain a more positive outlook and healthier lifestyle. We understand the challenges in finding and connecting with a therapist, MSC has the ability to respond within a 48 hour period.
