We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  • What is our position in the market provide a market analysis?
  • How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company?
  • What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using?
  • What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals?
  • How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
Deliverables

- Meet with the owner and fact find out about our current business identity

- Conduct market research

- Write a market analysis report

- Provide revision to the business mission, vision, and core value that's more aligned with the market research result.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. A guideline and template to the market analysis will be provided.
