PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:

Re_Generation aims to re_imagine our schools, re_purpose our careers, and re_model our companies to be aligned with regenerative principles. We created Canada’s largest platform to empower youth in sustainability and social impact.

The main goal of this project is to create a competitive analysis and growth strategy for the following three social media platforms: Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The project will consist of working on a competitive analysis of what other organizations are doing in this space, and what gaps they are not filling. Re_Generation does not currently have a Tik Tok account, but does have LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. This project also aims at understand the impact we have had to date, what we can learn from our analytics, and how to improve website traffic.

We recommend one team focus on TikTok & Instagram given their similarities, and one team focus on LinkedIn, website traffic and impact measurement.

Deliverables
  • Identify organizations involved in similar goals and conversations (in Canada and beyond)
  • Analyze what distinguishes them from other online presences, visuals, copy, content ideas, frequency of posting, etc.
  • Assess whether those practices are applicable to Re_Generation’s strategy and current capacity.
  • Research best practices to gain a lot more followers and engagement on each post.
  • Identify what other organizations are missing in their social media strategy and gaps we could fill.
  • Create an in-depth summary of the current competition’s strong points and a recommendation of how to succeed along with them on platforms such as Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Review all our analytics (website, social media, and email campaigns), present the impacts we had, and draw insights from data.
  • Provide a recommendation on how to create advertisements on social media (including Youtube ads) that drive users to our website and return to use the resources.
  • Identify strategies to create website traffic.
Mentorship

We can set up weekly meetings to go over any questions they may have. We can also give them an overview of our organization and our goals, so they have a better understanding. In addition, we will give them all the information we’ve already collected about the social media platforms so they have a foundation to start from.
