Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to research and apply for grants that I Challenge Diabetes would be eligible to receive. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching various grant opportunities available for organizations focused on diabetes and health empowerment.

- Analyzing the eligibility criteria and requirements for each grant to determine which ones I Challenge Diabetes qualifies for.

- Collaborating with the I Challenge Diabetes team to gather the necessary documentation and information for grant applications.

- Drafting compelling grant proposals that effectively communicate the mission and impact of I Challenge Diabetes.

- Submitting grant applications within the specified deadlines and following up with grantors as needed.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A comprehensive list of potential grant opportunities for I Challenge Diabetes, including eligibility criteria and application deadlines.

- Completed grant applications for at least 4 different grant opportunities, tailored to the specific requirements of each grantor.

- A detailed report outlining the research process, grant application strategies, and outcomes.

- A presentation summarizing the grant research findings and application efforts, including key learnings and recommendations for future grant-seeking endeavors.
