The main goal for the project is to create a business strategy and identify new ways to reach customers for Dynamic Tutoring. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Conducting market research to understand the current tutoring landscape and identify potential areas for growth.

- Analyzing the company's current customer base and identifying opportunities to expand and reach new customers.

- Developing a comprehensive marketing plan to target potential customers through various channels such as social media, educational institutions, and online platforms.

- Creating a pricing strategy that is competitive and appealing to customers while ensuring profitability for the company.

- Identifying potential partnerships or collaborations with other educational organizations to expand the reach of Dynamic Tutoring.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A detailed market research report outlining the current tutoring market and potential areas for growth.

- An analysis of Dynamic Tutoring's current customer base and a plan to reach new customers.
