What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to develop a marketing plan to increase the membership base at Mississauga Taekwondo for the remainder of 2024. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Analyzing the current membership base and identifying areas for growth.


- Researching the target market and understanding their preferences and needs.

  • Identify main competitors
  • compare their programs and ours


- Developing a marketing strategy to attract new members and retain existing ones.


- Creating promotional materials and campaigns to increase awareness and interest in the Taekwondo classes.


- Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the marketing plan.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- Analysis of the current membership base and a report on areas for growth.


- Research on the target market and a summary of their preferences and needs.


- A comprehensive marketing plan with strategies and tactics for increasing membership.


- Promotional materials and campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.


- Monitoring and evaluation of the implemented marketing plan.
