These dialogues are crucial for fostering connections and discussions on pertinent issues affecting the community. Additionally, Afrifursa will host a major event on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Alberta, providing a platform for African voices in global discussions. The goal of this project is to create a detailed and actionable event plan that ensures seamless execution, maximizes engagement, and aligns with Afrifursa's mission of empowering the African Diasporan community. The project will involve researching potential venues, developing a timeline, a marketing plan, budgeting, and identifying key speakers and partners for each event.
The project deliverables will include a comprehensive event plan document that outlines the logistics, timeline, and budget for each event. This will also include a list of potential venues, a proposed schedule of activities, and a roster of suggested speakers and partners. Additionally, a marketing and outreach strategy will be developed to ensure maximum participation and engagement from the target audience. Afrifursa will provide templates for each area of work.
