Positions available: one team of two students

The primary focus for the student will be: we would like students to build a website using our logos that reflects our company brand. We would like students to use Wordpress or a similar platform.

  • Website Development - Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable for our website; creating a design proposal including mock-ups, and timeline; building a fully-functioning website for our organization.

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

  • Website Development - For the student(s) to complete a fully functioning website.

Other duties the student may complete could include:

  • website testing

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Riipen messaging, email, text

Stand Up For Mental Health
David Granirer, RPC, MPCC, M.S.M. is a counselor, stand-up comic, author, and founder of Stand Up For Mental Health (SMH), a program teaching stand-up comedy to people with mental health issues. David who himself has depression, is featured in the VOICE Award winning documentary Cracking Up. He also received a Life Unlimited Award from Depression Bipolar Support Alliance, an Award of Excellence from the National Council of Behavioral Health, a Champion of Mental Health Award, and a Meritorious Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada, and was recognized as one of the 150 Canadian Difference Makers in mental health. A sought after keynote speaker, he also works with mental health organizations in Canada, the U.S., and Australia to train and perform with SMH groups in dozens of cities.
