Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

As an owner of a small business that is exclusively online, handmade, and has sales that are directly driven by social media, marketing and branding is essential in the growth of our business. We would like students to help us with creating a more cohesive brand and marketing strategy that is aligned with our vision, mission, and most importantly our target market . We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are and be available to additional questions during the course of the project

We primarily sell through our website where we drive traffic via Instagram and Facebook. We have a lot of professional photography available but we need help with creating more brand awareness.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • Provide market research or analysis to guide our marketing efforts
  • Create a cohesive branding strategy and guide.
  • Produce a marketing strategy and content calendar for continuity
  • Website revamping as well as branding/logo work

About the company

Every mother knows that when you first have a baby they sleep a lot. I have a really hard time sitting still so I thought I would start up a hobby. While my new baby Hudson slept I began to teach myself how to crochet. Soon enough winter rolled around and I was on the search for an easy way to keep my little guy's feet warm. I made my first pair of crochet slippers which I was complimented on and continually asked where I had bought them. When I informed mothers that I had made them they told me I should start selling them...so I took my first order and Huddy Buddies was started.
