We are looking to have our existing business plan reviewed and redeveloped. We will be obtaining our regulatory licenses for our first two products (Class III NHP licenses) from health Canada soon (estimated date February 2022). We have applied for our third product license (a Class II NHP) in December 2021.

Things we are looking for the products part of this project would be:

Goal #1

• Investigating the competitive landscape to identify key messaging for promotion.
• Review our pricing strategy based on industry research and customer surveys.
• Identify key Export market opportunities through location analysis and customer surveys.
• Identify key messaging via customer focus groups that investigate the competitive landscape for a new product or service.
• understanding whether the fundamentals are followed as per a textbook
• We are also looking to find distribution partners in foreign markets such as the United States and channel partners

Goal #2

The company is in the process of creating a services platform for its newly designed website and is looking to add new services to its E-Commerce website. The services the company is looking to add are:

1. Certified Health Coaching

2. Online Counseling Services which is inclusive to Indigenous Focused Counseling.

The platform will offer Health Coaching and Counseling services from the same portal and a questionnaire will help to distinguish the two services the individual will be looking to use and what their specific needs are after choosing from the two.

Each health service will have many distinguishing factors that will need to be filtered through to allow for the proper counselor or coach to be paired with a client.

Factors such as:

1. Certified Health Coaching -

• Certified Health Coaches will leverage multi-disciplinary clinical expertise around the participant's focus to deal with specific areas that focus on three main categories:

I. Nutrition – Nutritional Health Coaching/Meal and Diet Planning

• Focus will be placed on holistic nutrition

II. Fitness – Physical Fitness Goal setting and Fitness Plan Development

• Specific emphasis will be placed on mobility and injury prevention as well as calisthenics, fundamentals of weight and resistance training

III. Mindset – Stress reduction/Self Care/Goal Setting/Mindfulness Coaching

• evidence-based behavioral change models designed to target and motivate personal engagement and behavior change.

2. Licensed Professional Counselors -

IndiGrowth will work with a growing team of highly qualified, licensed, and accredited counselors.

Our counselling team will be compliant with Clinical standards, including:

• Psychotherapist, Counsellor or Social Worker designation
• Accreditation by a provincial or national licensing body
• Master's/PhD degree
• Liability insurance
• A Canadian criminal record check
• Experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches (all counsellors must be experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT)
• Experienced in a wide array of treatment areas, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and many more.
