The goal of this project would be for the student(s) to research and apply to grant opportunities for Serenity Creative Agency. Ideally, student(s) will apply to 5-10 grants, as well as create a master list of grants that our agency would be eligible to apply to in the future.

Students will first need to gain a deep understanding on our agency in order to accurately depict our brand and communicate our goals and values through the grant applications. From there, student(s) will research grants that the agency would be eligible to apply to, as well as make a list of grants that are not currently open, but would be able to apply to in the future.

After the research phase, student(s) will write the grant application using their knowledge and skills to accurately and effectively communicate why Serenity would make a good fit for the grant

I will ensure to be a support and mentor for the student(s) who will take on this project.

To start, I will ensure to provide them an in-depth knowledge to our company outlining our history, where we are currently, and what our goals for the future will be. These will be of high value for student(s) to effectively prepare grant applications that align with our values and goals. Additionally, I would like to schedule a weekly check-in meeting to ensure we are working collaboratively and effectively, and be available via phone / email for any questions that arise throughout the work week. I would also like to introduce and integrate these students to the other team members we have here at Serenity to continue to foster a strong team work ethic across the company. This would also be an opportunity for student(s) to connect with other creatives and likeminded individuals who resonate with this company.
