planning project management client onboarding business processImpact Learning has grown quickly over the past two years. As a result, a lot of "back end" planning and organization was not put into place appropriately.
There are two main goals of this project:
One: Create a client experience flow. Outline the client onboarding experience and develop the processes and systems that we could implement to improve it. Develop any of these components as appropriate. Budget can be allocated to any softwares/subscriptions that are deemed necessary for this project, and approved by the supervisor.
Two: Create a project management internal flow. Understand the process that the Impact Learning team works through and create/update a project management flow to support the team organize, assign and track tasks associated to client and internal projects.
Note: We recognize that both of these goals may not be able to be completely accomplished during this 80 hour project.
Goal One: Client Experience Flow
- Outline client onboarding experience
- Determine necessary softwares/subscriptions to streamline the experience
- Integrate existing onboarding content with new process
Goal Two:
- Outline project management needs
- Determine necessary softwares/subscription to optimize the process
- Integrate existing projects into new system
Students will have access to their supervisor through the company Slack channel. The student will meet with their supervisor once per week or more as necessary throughout the duration of the project.
