- What is the main goal for this project?

As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our processes for staff recruitment and management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our approaches for attracting & recruiting candidates for specific role/roles. The goal is to deliver several HR Management objectives in recruitment, employer handbooks, onboarding site, and policies..
We want to use this opportunity to create an updated and improved HR Management Handbook covering the entire HR life cycle from recruitment, compensation, performance assessment, to exit.
Through this collaboration, we would like to deliver three key areas:
- Research HRM best practices
- Aid in recruitment and selection activities including job analysis, posting positions, updating applicant tracking systems, screening applicants, scheduling and interviews
- Update HR Management handbook and policies
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
