Digital Human Library (dHL) is looking for teams/ individuals to lead outreach activities for new industry Experts and K12 School Districts/ Schools to join Digital Human Library. Our goal is to deliver quality virtual educational programs across Canada that bring the field trip experience into the classroom. Join us!


Deliverables

Project Tasks:

1) Research/ follow-up with potential dHL Experts across industries to join dHL's Video Conference with Experts library (free for Canadian teachers and students) https://www.digitalhumanlibrary.com/video-conferencing-catalogue/

  • Learn about dHL proprietary vetting process (training provided)
  • Research/ follow-up on outreach to potential Experts (Expert lists provided)
  • Add potential Experts to a shared spreadsheet populating all of the required fields (spreadsheet provided)

1b) Research/ follow-up with potential K12 School Districts/ Schools across Canada to join dHL

  • Learn about dHL's mission, vision, values, goals, and services (training provided)
  • Research/ follow-up on outreach to potential Districts/ Schools
  • Add potential Districts/ Schools to a shared spreadsheet populating all of the required fields (spreadsheet provided)

2) Engage in outreach to potential Experts/ Districts/ Schools via email

  • Send email communication to potential Experts/ Districts/ Schools (form emails provided to be personalized)
  • Connect interested Experts/ Districts/ Schools to appropriate dHL staff

3) Collaborate with the dHL Team

4) Attend monthly team meetings

Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.

Skills, knowledge and expertise

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.

Hands-on support

Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.

Tools and/or resources

Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.

Regular meetings

Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
