The change in our business model during the pandemic and through this recovery period has been overwhelming. Having the support of students and knowing that they are getting paid has been a life saver. There are so many moving parts to running a production company (versus an in-person yoga studio) that I am still learning what I should be working on and what tasks, projects, jobs should be other team members. This program has given me an opportunity to test out how other team members handle different tasks and projects. Very valuable information.

Riipen's Level Up Internship program has provided my company with a great talent pool of students to select from, and formed a team of 5 interns to work on the project. Although the project was delayed due to underestimated time for the design of the system, the interns have the opportunity to learn from different areas of the project.
