Marius was very detailed in his work. We did find that he did not complete as many tasks as some other students taking part in this project, but when completed, his work was detailed and his communication was thorough. As can happen with some students, he had a considerable amount of his hours to complete in the final week. We would suggest a more front loaded time management plan in the future. Overall Marius was great to have on the project.
