Erin was a stellar performer under difficult conditions. There was a lot of illness on our EdTek side so she did not get as much guidance as the earlier interns received. That said, she made sure to take the initiative with communications and delivered top-notch work that was right on the mark and on time. I am certain that if thrown into a suddenly bumpy business situation Erin would manage the project like a pro.
