Tasha, the project manager, makes it clear that she wishes to collaborate with her illustrators to create illustrations to satisfy all parties. She is open to her illustrators bringing in their own interpretation of her design prompts, and she is clear and respectful while providing any critiques she has of in-progress work. She takes all comments and concerns brought to her seriously and prioritizes respectful ethics. She respects and accepts the advice and critics of those illustrators that may have more experience in the art culture than herself, and is willing to learn and grow.
