Sepeher did a great job of gathering all the required information for this project. He was always available to provide his input when needed. His opens helped everyone feel like they were part of the process. I also liked how he asked everyone questions related to their expertise. It was a great way to encourage participation. What he did in this experiential learning project was a great example of a true partnership. We would encourage his company projects to other students.
