Completing this project with ITRD was a wonderful experience due to the support, mentorship, and guidance, provided by Vern Raincock. I felt that my ideas were respected and supported throughout the project process. Vern was available throughout the project to provide mentorship, research support, and to answer any questions. He ensured that there was always open communication. I felt that the project was a great way to put my skills and knowledge base into action.
