Working at Kat Innovation under Marcel Maroist’s leadership was an incredible experience. Marcel’s vision and approachable leadership style created a collaborative and inspiring environment. He encouraged teamwork and empowered the team to take ownership of their tasks, which made the work both meaningful and rewarding. Marcel’s ability to mentor while fostering independence stood out, and working alongside another intern was seamless due to the company’s culture of support and collaboration. The experience greatly enhanced my skills and provided a firsthand understanding of how strong leadership drives success.
