Project examples
In preparing their analysis and recommendations the students will undertake the following:
- Develop user personas for customer insight
- Critically analyse the content and design of the company's website
- Undertake customer journey mapping analysis to identify key touch points for success
- Outline the tactics incorporating owned, earned and paid media to achieve company goals
- Develop useful metrics to measure digital marketing success
