The students will deliver the following.

  • A recorded group presentation, with accompanying slides, providing website analysis and recommendations
  • An individual report containing a proposed digital plan for the company to grow in a key market

Project examples

In preparing their analysis and recommendations the students will undertake the following:

  • Develop user personas for customer insight
  • Critically analyse the content and design of the company's website
  • Undertake customer journey mapping analysis to identify key touch points for success
  • Outline the tactics incorporating owned, earned and paid media to achieve company goals
  • Develop useful metrics to measure digital marketing success
