Conestoga College presents a unique opportunity to work with our highly motivated students in the Organizational Change Consulting Skills course.
The focus of this course is developing structured problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), influencing, critical thinking, and project management skills; all within an ethical framework. Students will explore the dynamics of the relationship between organizational and change management strategies, describing the HR professional's role in planning and managing effective change. Theories relating to conflict and motivation in the workplace will guide them in identifying and applying models to address issues and challenges in organizations.
We're actively seeking HR-related projects to engage our HR students.
Learners
Expect a final report from our students. We're open to discussing alternative deliverable formats that suit your needs best.

The project suggestions below are simply a starting point, providing a glimpse of the scope we're looking to cover. However, we welcome and encourage diverse HR projects as long as they're well-defined and suitable for 1st-year students.

Projects that are NOT a good fit are:
- Projects related to HR policy creation or consultancy
- Projects related to compensation analysis or consultancy
