Learners
Students will be tasked with delivering a comprehensive business plan tailored to your business. A business plan can be utilized by startups, Small & Medium Enterprises to raise capital and/or apply for provincial and federal grants. A business plan is beneficial to both for-profit and not-for-profit ventures and organizations.
Students will work as consultants, and the more time you dedicate to them, the better the information the students will have to produce a comprehensive business plan that can meet the unique needs of your business. We recommend working with the students to book a meeting at least once a week for collaboration, ask thoughtful questions, and provide guidance.
Please find below the business plan outline:
1) Executive Summary (max 250 words)
2)Company Description
3) Industry Target Customer and Competitive Analysis
4) Product/Service plan
5) Marketing Plan
6) Operation and Development Plan
7) Management Team
8) Critical Risk
