3d modeling constructional drawings rendering and visualization landscape designCADE3002 is one of the essential courses of the Architectural Technology program (T109) at the George Brown College. In this course, the students learn advanced techniques of Building Information Modeling using Revit and connected plugins. The students will develop Revit models including the building, structure, site and topography. They will create walls and floors using advanced methods including parametric design tools, Dynamo in Revit. They also present high quality renderings using Revit, Render in Cloud and linking the project to Twinmotion, Unreal Engine.
Learners
The deliverable include the Revit model, and PDF files of the sheets, or as agreed upon.

Project Examples
Requirements
The projects are done either individually or in groups of 3 to 4 students. The students should spend about 3 hours per week in a period of 12 to 14 weeks on the project(s) on your choosing.
Project examples include but are not limited to:
- High-rise residential buildings
- Landscape design in Revit
- Parametric design of a small gallery
Ideal partners would be architecture and construction firms looking for modeling and visualization.
